It's winter in Ontario
And the gentle breezes blow
70 miles per hour at 52 below
Oh! How I love Ontario
When the snows up to your butt
You take a breath of winter air
And your nose is frozen shut
Yes, the weather here is wonderful
I guess I'll hang around
I could never leave Ontario
Cause I'm frozen to the ground.

Did you write this?
That's funny!
Sorry Patti, Doug didn't write this... it was written by that person who keeps calling himself (herself) Anonymous. Prolific writer that person. I see his (her)works everywhere.
Cute poem Doug looks like your poetic style. However, I can't agree with your reason for loving Ontario. As a matter of fact I dislike Ontario, or any other place that has snow. I love Ontario in the Spring, Summer and Fall. I shoulda' been a bear so I could hibernate.
No, I didn't write this. I saw it on the drivers board at work and thought it was good, so I wanted to share it with you. There was no name on it so that's why it's anonymous.
I do write poetry though and will hopefully publish some on my blog. I'll let you know if it was me who wrote it.
